Additionally, to complement the new service for clients, Protocol has launched a Permanent FE Careers Service for candidates, that will allow FE professionals the opportunity to take charge of their careers and achieve their goals. 

 

Viv, continued: “…equally, we also felt that the sector was missing a truly personalised service for candidates. We’ve always prided ourselves on our relationship with our candidates; some of which have worked though us for as long as 19 years! But when it comes to looking for the perfect long term role – we felt that many agencies don’t provide the support that candidates are looking for!”.

 

The Permanent FE Careers Service offers candidates the opportunity to speak to an experienced recruitment professional about their career goals, aspirations and drivers and get advice and support.
