To be eligible you must be a new client (i.e. not used a Protocol service in the last 6 months) or an infrequent or low user of Protocol services – which is at the discretion of Protocol. The booking must be related to the delivery of apprenticeships such as Assessor, Tutor, Functional Skills, Verifier. Interim management and senior executive appointments are excluded from the offer. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or agreement such as but not limited to a PSL or under the Crescent Purchasing Consortium. Permanent roles must be offered within 6 weeks of the booking. Sessional fees will automatically increase to the standard rate after the 6 week period. The offer is for 20% off the standard Protocol fees, not the entire invoice. Where assessment services are required a bespoke comparable discount will be made available.
