You could be in a new full or part time permanent ESOL Lecturer position in which you could complete a L5 Teaching Qualification within two years!

You’d be teaching in a college in North West London on full and part-time ESOL courses on a range of levels from Pre-Entry to Level 2 including group tutorials, numeracy and IT for ESOL.    

You’ll already have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area, together with an approved English Language Specialist Teaching qualification (minimum CELTA/ Cert TESOL) alongside experience of teaching ESOL, preferably in an FE setting.

You should also be able to deliver Numeracy (Entry to Level 1) or Essential Digital Skills/vocational subjects to ESOL students.

You have great communication and interpersonal skills and can engage and motivate young vocational learners aged 16-19 and will be able to teach 1 evening a week until 9pm.

If you don’t already have a Level 5 teaching qualification, the college will support you to develop your career, and will fully fund the Level 5 teaching qualification which is undertaken at the College. 

£31,357 to £43,729 per annum (pro rata for part time posts)
