Are you a Lecturer Assessor in Early Years looking to take a step up in responsibility?
 
You will join a well established team to teach learners aged 14+ a subject you are passionate about.
 
As Course Team Leader, you would be responsible for the effective curriculum management of a range programmes.
 
You will teach on L1 – L3 courses, and supervise a team and day-to-day operational issues, with a focus on maximising student enrolment, attendance, retention and achievement.   

You should be qualified to Level 3 in the relevant subject area with an Assessing qualification, together with a minimum Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g. DET) or willingness to achieve one.

You’ll already have at experience of teaching and assessing Early Years, together with some experience of curriculum co-ordination and development and the ability to lead/supervise a team.  Strong communication and organisational skills are also essential for this post.

This is full time and permanent, with a salary range of £38,035 to £44,969 per annum  – plus benefits!
