Position: Plumbing and Gas Lecturer
Location: Romford, London
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: 36 hours per week (Timetable to be confirmed)
About the Role: Protocol is working with a Further Education college based in Romford who are seeking a dedicated Plumbing and Gas Lecturer for their Apprenticeship service. This is a fixed-term contract assignment with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be paid on an hourly charge rate.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Qualified teacher (PGCE, QTS, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training)
- Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing qualifications
- Level 3 Gas qualifications
- IV/IQA qualifications
- Assessor Award Level 3
- Teaching experience
- Industry experience
- Excellent communication skills (able to communicate effectively with students and all levels of staff)
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working in a Further Education (FE) College setting
- Experience working in an educational establishment
