About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interim Health and Safety Manager to join the team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff and students across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Provide training and support to staff on health and safety practices.
• Investigate and report on incidents and accidents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
• Liaise with external bodies and regulatory authorities as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a health and safety management role.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Relevant qualifications in health and safety management.
• Strong understanding of public sector duties with relation to health and safety
