Public Services Lecturer 

37 hours per week – full time, permanent

Applicants will need a valid driving license and access to a vehicle due to the remote location of the college.

Protocol are seeking a Public Services Lecturer for an FE college based in Northamptonshire. In the role you will:

  • Teach and train students to quality standards set by the College
  • Act as a course tutor
  • Counsel students and maintain discipline
  • Participate in student recruitment

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:

  • Educated to BSc Level or equivalent in a related subject
  • Hold or willing to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent
  • Experience of working within the Public Service sector and relevant and up to date knowledge
  • Ability to motivate students
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
