Salary: £19200 – £20,900 per annum (pro rata’d from full time equivalent of £24,300 – £26,600 per annum)

 

Protocol are looking for a Job Coach to support students to find work placements within the Foundation Learning department.

 

Role and responsibilities:

  • To engage with and support young people with additional needs to gain supported work placements.
  • To work with employers to create a positive and successful working environment for the supported intern.
  • To enable and support young people with additional needs to transition successfully to paid employment.

Successful candidate will have:

  • The successful candidate for this position must have experience of working with young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities and experience of networking and forming good working relationships with a range of partners, including employers and support agencies.

    Accreditation in Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) would also be advantageous.
