Position: Plumbing and Heating Lecturer
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 dependent on experience & qualifications
Location: Moulton, Northamptonshire
About the Role
Our Construction department is looking for a motivated individual to join our Plumbing and Heating team. We offer exceptional facilities, providing students with a realistic experience of working to industrial standards. We teach across a broad curriculum from Level 1 to Level 3.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a course tutor to full-time and part-time groups, undertaking associated organisation, administration, and monitoring of attendance.
- Participate in curriculum development to meet the needs of changing industrial demands and College development.
- Support, assess, and course manage groups of learners while managing student behaviour, attendance, and timely assessments in both practical and theory.
Qualifications and Experience
- Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Gas Engineering.
- Ability to support, assess, and manage groups of learners.
- Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if not already held.
- Industry background is welcomed.
Personal Qualities
- Motivated and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing industrial demands and contribute to curriculum development.
