Job Description:
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about student development and can thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Support: Guide students across various curriculum areas, providing timely, transparent, and fair tutorials.
- Mentoring: Offer 1:1 mentoring sessions both within and outside of delivered sessions.
- Progress Tracking: Set high expectations and robustly track and monitor student progress.
- Liaison with Curriculum: Work closely with the Curriculum team to provide up-to-date, accurate information, advice, and guidance regarding student progress.
- Group Tutorials: Facilitate learning in group settings, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment.
Required Skills:
- Experience and Knowledge: Awareness of various approaches to supporting students.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to provide non-judgemental guidance and manage referrals.
- Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality within safeguarding aspects.
