**UKVI Compliance Manager – Lead the Way in International Student Recruitment!**

**Location:** Heart of the City of London

**Salary:** £32,000 – £35,000 with Benefits

Are you ready to make a real impact in a transformative role? We are partnering with a newly established higher education institution to recruit their first UKVI Compliance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping processes and ensuring a seamless welcome for their first cohort of international students.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

– Establish and oversee UKVI compliance processes in collaboration with the institution’s Registrar and Admissions teams.
– Act as a UKVI Sponsor Management System (SMS) Level 2 user, issuing CAS and managing sponsorship records.
– Conduct Genuine Student Requirement (GSR) interviews and monitor international student engagement.
– Work proactively to prepare for audits and implement changes in line with UKVI policy updates.
– Support Admissions, Marketing, and Student Services to deliver a first-class experience for international students.

**What We’re Looking For:**

– Proven experience in UKVI compliance within higher education and familiarity with SMS.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to set up and manage systems from scratch.
– A collaborative, professional approach with excellent attention to detail.
– Passion for helping international students succeed and ensuring compliance at every stage.
