Protocol is working with a Further Education College located in Worksop in their search for a Childcare Assessor.

The role.

This role is offering part-time hours temporarily until March 2025. 

You will be working within the college supporting, teaching, training, and assessing students based at the college OR place of work. You will be responsible for managing your own diary to deliver and assess the education and training to high standards along with preparing student materials, assessing and marking student work and carrying out student tutorials and assessments to ensure each student is achieving their best during their time in the college.

The person.
We are therefore seeking individuals that are passionate about the childcare/early years and who have the relevant industry experience. The individual will have experience working with students or apprentices either in a college or an educational setting whilst being upbeat, motivational, and knowledgeable in the subject area in order to educate and inspire learners.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Must be qualified at level 3 or above.
  • Hold an Assessor Award or be willing to work towards
  • Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
