Apply nowProtocol are working closely with a Further Education College based in Birkenhead in their search for an experienced Pastoral Coach to support and guide students across a range of levels within the college.
The role;
This role is offering 12 hours per week on a temporary basis (open to Full time hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one coaching for students, setting and reviewing targets to improve their performance, behaviours and welfare.
- Deliver Thrive Tutorial sessions to groups of students and facilitate discussion activities.
- To be a key member of the Personal Development Process (specifically to drive student attendance and progress across all provision)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
- Coaching young people to succeed
- Delivering group sessions to young people
- Knowledge and understanding of how development of PPD can support achievement of main learning programme.
