Are you passionate about mentoring and supporting learners in achieving their goals? We’ve partnered with a leading university in the South to recruit for a pivotal role in their dynamic new Apprenticeships Hub.

About the Role

As an Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating support for apprentices across various functions. Acting as the main point of contact, you’ll build strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and university staff, ensuring learner progress and development align with apprenticeship standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and conduct progress reviews to foster learner development.
  • Coordinate activities, events, and meetings to support apprentices’ success.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and promote best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A coaching/assessor/mentor qualification or relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with higher or degree-level apprenticeship delivery.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Competency in IT tools like MS Suite.
