Job information.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support the 12-week full-time personal development programme for disadvantaged young people aged 16-25. The programme focuses on helping participants transition into work, training, or education through community-based activities, including a one-week residential outdoor pursuits experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support work-related activities and assist the Team Leader in delivering employability skills to participants.
• Work closely with young people, particularly those with learning difficulties and disabilities, to unlock their potential.
• Foster a positive and engaging environment for personal growth and development.
• Be eager to learn new skills and further develop professionally through the college’s dedicated CPD programmes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in roles involving support for young people, especially those who are disengaged or have learning difficulties.
• Passionate about working with disadvantaged youth and helping them achieve their goals.
• Previous experience in youth work, employability, or personal social development is highly desirable.
