Location: Rotherham-based FE College
Salary: £23-£25 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (until 30th June 2025)
Hours: 9 hours per week (flexible hours)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employability/Transitions Programme Lecturer to join our team on a temporary basis, delivering engaging and impactful sessions to students. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students in their transition to the workplace and further education.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons on modules such as :
- Career Planning
- Teamwork Skills
- Improving Own Learning & Performance
- Time Management
- Job Seeking Skills
- College Induction
- Support students in developing essential employability skills.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Assist with the overall smooth running of the programme.
About You.
- Experience teaching or delivering employability-related content is desirable.
- Ideally a teaching qualification
- DBS on the update service
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
