Join Our Team: Personal Development (PD) Facilitator
Location: Doncaster 
Contract: Full-Time,  temporary on going 

Are you passionate about supporting students’ personal growth and success? Protocol are working with a college based in Doncaster searching for a Personal Development Facilitator to join our Student Services team and deliver dynamic, engaging sessions that help learners thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver impactful PD group sessions.
• Develop and review the PD curriculum and learning resources.
• Support learners’ employability skills and personal development.
• Maintain detailed learner records and track progress.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance student experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree (or working towards) and a relevant teaching qualification.
• GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
