Job Advert: Part-Time Bakery Lecturer
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £10,895.20 – £13,394.80 per annum (pro rata to £27,238 – £33,487 per annum)
Hours: 15 hours per week (2 days)

Protocol is working with a Further Education College who are looking for an experienced Bakery Lecturer to join their team. Since opening, they have become a leader in food innovation, offering students a real-world industry environment to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging bakery lessons to full-time, part-time, and short course students.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and ensure industry relevance.
  • Participate in quality monitoring processes to maintain high standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A BSc or equivalent in Food Technology or a related subject.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of bakery industry techniques.
  • Industry experience (preferred) and ideally a teaching qualification (support provided if needed).
