Job Title: Catering & Hospitality Lecturer

Location: East of England, Cambridgeshire-based College

Hourly Rate: £23.04 per hour (inclusive of Holiday Pay)

Contract Type: Variable Hours (8 hours per week)

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Arts Lecturer to join a dynamic team at a Cambridgeshire-based College. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of culinary programs, contributing to course design, and supporting the overall development of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning
• Provide and maintain teaching materials and assessments.
• Track and review student progress, providing feedback.
• Participate in team communication and curriculum development.
• Maintain professional development and industry links.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Assessor award or willingness to work towards Assessor/IQA award.
• Teaching qualification (preferable)
• Relevant experience in teaching across a range of levels within the Culinary Arts Industry.
• Minimum Level 3 Professional Chefs Qualification.
• Extensive industry experience within the Hospitality and Culinary Arts Industry.
