Sports Lecturer 
Birmingham 
Part time – 22hrs teaching and 2 hours admin time per week (Timetable below) 
Temporary on-going 
£25.90 per hour 

Timetable;
Monday – 9- 11 & 12-3pm
Tuesday – 12:30- 3:30pm & 4-5pm
Wednesday – 9-12 & 1-2pm
Thursday – 9-12pm & 1-4pm
Friday 9-12pm

Modules to Deliver;

• Strength and Conditioning
• Health and Wellbeing
• Fitness Skills
• Development
• Biomechanics of sport exercise science

You will be working within the colleges Sports department, supporting, teaching, training and assessing Sports students on their courses of study. You will be responsible for delivering education and training to high standards along with preparing student materials, assessing and marking student work and carrying out student tutorials and assessments to ensure each student is achieving their best during their time in the college.

The person;
We are therefore seeking individuals that are passionate about Sports and that have relevant experience in both educational and industry fields. The individual will also have experience working with students or apprentices either in a college or an educational setting whilst being upbeat, motivational and knowledgeable in the subject area in order to educate and inspire learners.

Have you got what it takes?

• A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (Sports) 
• A teaching qualification
• Experience delivering Sports within Further Education settings
