Salary: Up to £32,199 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English Lecturer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in teaching English to students aged 16+. As an English Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, supporting learners to achieve their GCSE English qualifications, and ensuring the highest standards of education in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities.
- Deliver engaging English lessons up to GCSE level to learners aged 16 and above.
- Assess, monitor, and provide feedback on student progress.
- Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Support learners in achieving their academic goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
- Experience of teaching English up to GCSE level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English education.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
