Are you passionate about maintaining high-quality standards in education? Protocol is excited to partner with a college in Bath to find a skilled Quality Assurance Project Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term, part-time basis. If you have experience in quality assurance within Further Education and a deep understanding of quality standards across various awarding organisations, this is the role for you!
As part of the college’s commitment to excellence, you will play a key role in implementing their Quality and Performance Strategy, working closely with senior leaders to drive improvement across all departments. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will help ensure that the college achieves the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate quality monitoring activities and prepare reports on key performance areas.
- Support the Director of Quality, Performance, and Progression with quality reviews across all courses and departments.
- Collate and analyse data on key metrics such as self-assessment, learner feedback, retention, and achievement, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Skills and Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Experience in quality assurance within Further Education.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks and quality assurance mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
