 Are you passionate about fabrication and welding, with the skills to inspire the next generation of professionals? Rotherham College is looking for two dedicated Fabrication and Welding Lecturers to join our team. We have both full-time (37 hours per week) and part-time (30 hours per week) roles available, working 52 weeks a year.

 

Role Details.

  • Positions: 2x Fabrication and Welding Lecturers (1x Full-time, 1x Part-time)
  • Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) or Part-time (30 hours per week)
  • Salary: Up to £37,199 per annum (FTE), depending on experience. Part-time salary £30,161.35
  • Location: South Yorkshire based College

 

About the Role.

 

As a Fabrication and Welding Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching to students up to Level 3. You will share your expertise, providing practical knowledge and skills to students aspiring to work in the fabrication and welding industries. Your role will include planning, teaching, and assessing coursework while maintaining high standards in line with college policies.

 

Key Requirements.

 

  • Essential: Teaching qualification (or a commitment to complete one within a specified timeframe).
  • Ability to deliver up to Level 3 Fabrication and Welding.
  • Relevant industry experience and a passion for training and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
