Health and Social Care Lecturer 
Birmingham 
Part time hours – 9hrs teaching & 1 hours admin time (Timetable below) 
Temporary initially until 23rd June 2025 
£25.90 per hour 

Timetable;
Tuesday – 12:30-13:30, Mental Health & Wellbeing and 14:00-15:00, Mental Health & Wellbeing – 2 hours
Wednesday -10:00-12:00, Working in Health and Social Care – 2 hours
Friday – 08:45-10:45, Communication in Health & Social Care and 11- 12pm 13:00-15:00 Working in Health and Social Care – 5hrs 
           

You will be working within the colleges Health and Social Care department, supporting, teaching, training and assessing Level 3 Health and Social students on their courses of study. You will be responsible for delivering education and training to high standards along with preparing student materials, assessing and marking student work and carrying out student tutorials and assessments to ensure each student is achieving their best during their time in the college.

The person;
We are therefore seeking individuals that are passionate about Health and Social Care and that have relevant experience in both educational and industry fields. The individual will also have experience working with students or apprentices either in a college or an educational setting whilst being upbeat, motivational and knowledgeable in the subject area in order to educate and inspire learners.

Have you got what it takes?

• A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (Health and Social)
• A teaching qualification – Preferred, not essential 
• Experience delivering Level 3 Health and Social Care
