An FE College based in Scunthorpe is seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapy Lecturer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to share their knowledge and expertise with the next generation of beauty therapists.

 As a Beauty Therapy Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching to students pursuing beauty therapy qualifications. You will inspire and motivate students through engaging lessons, practical sessions, and by providing ongoing support to ensure they reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons on Levels 1-3 in Beauty Therapy
• Plan, prepare, and assess student work effectively
• Provide one-on-one support and mentoring to students
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the curriculum

What We Are Looking For:

• A qualified and experienced beauty therapy professional, ideally with teaching qualifications
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Industry experience within beauty therapy is highly desirable
• A proactive approach to creating a positive learning environment

This is a temporary, ongoing role, with the opportunity to extend term-by-term. You will have the chance to make a real impact in shaping the future of beauty therapy education.
