FE College based in Doncaster
Temporary, Ongoing, Reviewed Termly
9am – 4pm, 3-5 days per week
£12-14 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Support: Assist students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, providing personal care when necessary.
- Learning Facilitation: Encourage active participation in learning and support retention and achievement.
- Collaboration: Liaise with tutors and other support staff to address student support needs.
- Administration: Complete all relevant administration and contribute to student support planning.
- Training: Attend regular monitoring and planning meetings, and undertake mandatory and job-specific training.
- Exam Support: Assist with access arrangements for exams.
What We Are Looking For:
- Someone who has worked in a supporting role within a college/education setting or worked with students with SEND/Behavioural issues.
