Job Description: A leading Further Education (FE) college in Central London is seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant. 3 days (18 hours) per week on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be supporting students with their educational needs to ensure they succeed and reach their full potential in their chosen course.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Experience of working with young people and meeting their particular needs and requirements
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to supporting young people to fulfil their potential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students at all levels
