Hours per Week: 17.5 (5 days)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Counselling Manager (CM) to oversee the Higher Education (HE) provision, including courses from Middlesex University and CPCAB, ranging from Level 4 to Level 6. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HE and a strong background in managing counselling programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of HE counselling courses.
- Ensure compliance with academic standards and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to students and faculty.
- Monitor and evaluate course effectiveness and student progress.
- Collaborate with Middlesex University and CPCAB to maintain high-quality education standards.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Higher Education (HE) management.
- Proven track record in counselling program management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high educational standards.
