Job Title: Counselling Manager (CM) for Higher Education Provision

Location: Finsbury Park

Start Date: 24th April 2025

End Date: 10th July 2025

Hours per Week: 17.5 (5 days)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Counselling Manager (CM) to oversee the Higher Education (HE) provision, including courses from Middlesex University and CPCAB, ranging from Level 4 to Level 6. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HE and a strong background in managing counselling programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of HE counselling courses.
  • Ensure compliance with academic standards and regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to students and faculty.
  • Monitor and evaluate course effectiveness and student progress.
  • Collaborate with Middlesex University and CPCAB to maintain high-quality education standards.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Higher Education (HE) management.
  • Proven track record in counselling program management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining high educational standards.
