The Role
As a Health and Social Care Lecturer, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of levels, including Level 2, Level 3, and potentially higher.

Inspire and support students to achieve both academic and personal growth.

Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and quality improvement activities.

Work collaboratively with a committed team to enhance teaching and learning.

Provide support and guidance to learners, helping to prepare them for progression into employment or further study.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidates will have:

A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or a closely related field.

A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one).

Teaching experience in Further Education or practical industry experience within health and social care.

Strong communication, organisational, and digital skills.

A passion for education and student success.
